18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance Statement

This statement is provided in accordance with 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 (the “Records Keeping Requirements”), to the extent such United States federal law applies to visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct made available through this Service. Where the Service or its underlying content has a United States nexus (e.g. production, hosting, or distribution touching the United States), the producers and licensors identified below maintain records as required by this statute.

All models, actors, and performers depicted in visual content made available through K-MEGAS were verified to be 18 years of age or older at the time the content was produced. Verification was performed by the original producing studio or content licensor prior to production, using government-issued identification.

Original records required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 (including proof of age documentation) are created and maintained by the respective content licensors and producing studios from which K-MEGAS licenses content, in accordance with their own compliance obligations. K-MEGAS itself acts as a distributor/exhibitor and maintains copies of licensor compliance certifications and custodian contact information for content offered on the Service.

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §2257, records requirements do not apply to depictions created before July 3, 1995, or otherwise exempted under the statute and applicable regulations. Where such exemptions apply to specific archival content, that content is so identified in licensor documentation retained by K-MEGAS.
