Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the K-MEGAS website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

The Service contains sexually explicit material intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence (whichever is higher), to create an account or view any content. By using the Service you affirmatively represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that accessing adult content is legal where you reside.

We record an age-declaration event (including timestamp, IP address, and locale) at the point of entry as evidence of this affirmation. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false registration information or violate these Terms.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual) and/or as single-item purchases, as described on our Pricing page. Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Single-purchase items (e.g. one-time content unlocks) are billed once at the time of purchase and do not renew. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellation and refund eligibility.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your account access or Service content.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with DRM, geo-restriction, or age-gating.
• Download, record, scrape, or mirror content except where an explicit download feature is provided.
• Use the Service to harass, exploit, or distribute content involving minors — such content is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Access the Service using automated means (bots, scrapers) without our written consent.

All content made available through the Service — video, images, text, branding, and software — is owned by K-MEGAS or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription or purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial viewing only. No other rights are granted.

All performers depicted in content offered on the Service were verified to be 18 years of age or older at the time of production, and the content is licensed from studios and content partners under agreements requiring compliance with applicable record-keeping laws. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or as required by law. You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K-MEGAS and its officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [placeholder — governing jurisdiction TBD by legal counsel], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
